To celebrate 10 years of New Paths Music, we are taking the show on the road! The birthday tour begins in September with a series of rush-hour performances in London’s Bechstein Hall, which pair song cycles by Britten (who died 50 years ago this year) with major instrumental sonatas.

The collective comprises exceptional artists who perform at the festivals in Beverley. During our first decade, thousands of festivalgoers have travelled to the East Riding to hear these amazing musicians. The tour will be a chance for us to share the New Paths magic with even more people in other parts of the country – starting in the capital. We are thrilled to release the programme for this year’s Autumn Festival. 

Our 10th anniversary celebrations continue with this banquet of music served up by 20 exceptional artists.  Late September is a special time of the year to be in Beverley: the elegant streets of its Georgian quarter are carpeted with conkers, and the trees on the Westwood (one of the country’s great urban commons) turn burnished gold.  Join us in this gem of a town after the summer for a feast of chamber music, song, and more.
